Ellen offers treatments to reduce pain and tension through therapeutic massage, Craniosacral therapy, and Reiki.  She also teaches review and continuing education classes for massage therapists, and self-care and relaxation classes for the general public.
Heidi offers therapeutic massage for wellness and sports enthusiasts with convenient Saturday hours.
